How are paid plans billed?
Plus, Pro, and Ultra are billed annually. The price on each card is the total charge in USD for one year; there is no monthly billing option in the current hosted plans.
What is a GiB-hour?
A GiB-hour is one GiB of Sandbox memory allocated for one hour. For example, a 4 GiB Sandbox running for 10 hours uses 40 GiB-hours.
When does the runtime allowance reset?
Free resets each account month. Paid allowances reset in fixed seven-day periods anchored to the first paid-plan activation.
Can I configure Sandbox memory?
Free uses a fixed 2 GiB Sandbox, which turns its 4 GiB-hour allowance into two runtime hours. Plus, Pro, and Ultra let you configure memory for each Environment.
What about self-hosting?
The hosted subscriptions on this page are separate from the open-source deployment. A self-hosted deployment manages its own entitlement and infrastructure costs.
