Cookie Notice

Cookies are small values stored by your browser. Local storage and session storage are similar browser technologies. We use these technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, maintain product state, measure use, and improve the Service.

Some technologies are set by Sandpi, while analytics providers may set or read their own identifiers. Exact names and lifetimes can vary with browser controls, provider configuration, consent, and product changes.

A deployment may use additional necessary cookies for its identity provider or authentication flow. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in and authenticated product features from working.

We use Google Analytics to measure traffic and product engagement. We may also enable Microsoft Clarity to understand page rendering, interactions, heatmaps, and session playback. These are analytics, not authentication, technologies.

Sandpi uses browser storage for product features including:

• language, time zone, send shortcut, theme, and density preferences;
• Workspace layout, selected panels, Browser viewport mode, model choices, and other local interface preferences;
• limited Terminal replay identifiers and sequence positions used to reconnect without replaying unrelated output; and
• a draft prompt held in session storage while a guest completes sign-in.

This information generally remains in the browser until you clear site data. Some settings may also be synchronized to your Sandpi account so they are available on another client.

Sandpi’s shared Environment Browser has a persistent browser profile stored with the Environment. Websites you visit inside it may set their own cookies and storage under their own policies. Those values are part of your persistent Environment state, not Sandpi website cookies, and may remain until you clear them or delete the Environment or associated data.

Anyone or any agent with authorized access to the Environment may be able to use its signed-in Browser state. Use separate Environments and accounts when you need stronger separation.

Most browsers let you view, block, and delete cookies or site storage. Blocking necessary storage may break sign-in, preferences, or reconnection features. Private-browsing modes can limit local persistence but do not necessarily prevent analytics requests.

You can use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Microsoft Clarity also responds to supported consent and privacy controls, which may limit cookies and some analytics features.
